The Foundation

In the world of service providers, particularly among minority founders, the challenges are often the same. Talented hairstylists, estheticians, and nail technicians pour into their craft, yet struggle with inconsistent income, limited structure, and the weight of doing everything on their own.

This is something Dakota understood early. Growing up around service providers navigating these realities, she saw firsthand what it meant to have talent without the support needed to scale. Later, through a decade in luxury hospitality, she experienced the other side, how intentional structure, brand positioning, and experience design create loyalty, trust, and pricing power.

With a background in Mass Communications and early training through the Walt Disney World College Program, Dakota developed a deep understanding of storytelling, perception, and how brands take shape.

Made Säcred was built at the intersection of these experiences. It exists to support service-based founders in building brands that are not only elevated, but structured to last.

Policies &
Terms of Service

Made Säcred is built on intention, discretion, and mutual respect. Please read the following policies carefully before booking or engaging our services.

Service Agreement
All services provided by Made Säcred are outlined in a written service agreement prior to the start of any engagement. By proceeding with a booking or deposit, the client acknowledges acceptance of the terms outlined in their agreement.
Deposits & Payment
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your engagement and reserve your dedicated project window. The remaining balance is due according to the payment schedule outlined in your service agreement.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the scheduled start date will forfeit the deposit only. Cancellations made within 7 days of the start date will be responsible for 50% of the total service fee.
Confidentiality
Made Säcred treats all client information, business details, and engagement content with the highest level of discretion. Client information will not be shared with third parties without explicit written consent.
Intellectual Property
All frameworks, templates, processes, and materials created by Made Säcred remain the intellectual property of Made Säcred unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Client Responsibility
The success of each engagement depends on the active participation and timely communication of the client.
Results Disclaimer
Made Säcred provides strategic guidance, creative direction, and operational support. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue results, or client acquisition numbers.
Communication Standards
All client communication takes place via email or designated project management tools during scheduled business hours, Monday through Friday. Response times are typically within 1 to 2 business days.
